Cottage

The cottage is a very Canadian institution. Most of us dream of having a cottage by the water. Many of our clients have fulfilled their dreams. Pinpoint Engineering has experience working with municipalities in Bruce, Grey, Simcoe, Kawartha Lakes, Muskoka, Haliburton, and Parry Sound. We have designed cottages on bedrock, boathouses in the water, on the edges of cliffs, and in the middle of forests. Our expertise in foundations means you, the client, is not limited where you want to build, we have design experience in traditional concrete footings, foundations directly on bedrock, helical piles, driven steel piles, caissons, and micro-piles.
