The warehouse additions, expansions, or new facilities have been our primary source of engineering work since our incorporation in 2013. Throughout the world this segment of the economy has increased in popularity due to market demands. Today this continued growth is fueled by fulfillment centers, self storage, and processed food storage.

This segment of our business appears to be healthy. The demand is driven by retailers increasing e-commerce operations with the online shopping boom, and developers are increasing usable warehouse space thanks to consumer expectations of same day or less delivery expectations. Retailers are also securing more storage space to mitigate the impact of future supply chain shocks.
