Sports Dome

Pinpoint Engineering has provided civil and structural engineering for new sport dome facilities. Sports domes are a great way for Canadians to enjoy summer team sports during our winter season. Most sport domes are inflatable structures. They use fabrics to cover the playing and spectating area. Usually a system of blowers is installed to keep the air structure inflated, with a set of double door systems to prevent deflation. The advantage of inflatable sports domes over stadium structures is price and speed of construction.
